Describing a photo

This photo shows us the landscape is from the surface of Proximia. Proxima is the only exoplanet known where there could be life. Probably this photo was taken in a rocket but I don't know exactly. 

Over half of the picture is sky. The sky has a hue of colors. On the top of the picture is is blue dark, then it's purple, after comes orange and finally yellow. On the right in the middle, we can see the sun. I think the sun is the key of the photo because it's what illuminates the landscape. Below the middle of the photo we can see some brown rocks. I don't know what are above the rocks but it seems water, some clouds or fog. 

In conclusion, that picture shows us a peaceful, beautiful and striking landscape.

Last weekend

Last weekend I got up at ten o'clock. After that, I got dressed and I called my friend Paula. We decided to meet and we went to a café. At one o'clock I went home and I had lunch. In the afternoon I did my homework. On Sunday, I got up at nine o'clock and then I stayed to the sofa. I stayed all the morning there. Then, at two o'clock I had lunch and I had a shower. In the evening I met my friends Laura and I spent all the evening with her.

A trip

Last year, my friend Sam went to America whit his father, her mother and her sister. He told me that he visited the Sahara desert. He said that it was exciting but too hot. The best thing that he remembers is the great time that he spent with his family. But there were some things that he didn't like, like the price of the objects and the food. Were very expensive.

My favourite relative

My favourtie relative is my old sister. For me, it's the best sister in the world.

When you see her for the first time you could think she's serious but she really is not.

She always stays with me and supports me. When I have a problem, I tell her and she helps me with a truthful answer. When I am with her, I laugh a lot. Probably, this time is the best of the day.

Nowadays, I don't spend a lot of time with her because she is living in NY but, as soon i can, I'll go with her.

A for and against essay

Music is the best thing to spend your time. There are different types of music: pop, music, jazz, classic music, ...

Firstly, i think that there are a lot of different types. People listen to music all the time. Music is like a medicine: if you are bored, listening pop music can be active. If you are stressed, listening to classic music, can relax you. Another advantatge is that you don't feel lonely.

On the other hand, there are some problems like: if you don't have internet, you can't listen to it. However you can upload it. Another disadvantatge is that music generates an addiction and you don't control the time you lose listening to it.

Finally, I think that listening to music is good entertainment. There is lots of variety which means that there is music for everyone.

My favourtie day of the week

Thanks for your letter. I'm going to tell you which my favourtie day of the week is and why.
(That is what you asked me) and it's Saturday.

One reason I like Saturday is because I have training in the morning. That's perfect because then, I have the evening free. After the training, i have lunch with all my family. I like it because i love all of them. And in the evening i meet my friends. Sometimes we speak about our life to each other, another things that we do are: listening to music, playing cards or writng histories.

Finally, at dinner time everyone goes to their house and has dinner with their family.

The surprise

One day, my sister and I were on the street. The day before our mum said that she could call my sister to tell her about the family dinner.

My mum called her but she didn't anser so, later, she called me and asked me why my sister didn't aswer the phone. Then i asked to my sister about that and she told me that she didn't know because she didn't have the phone.

At the first time i was nervous because i thought that she had got lost or someone had stolen her. But finally, she told me that she hadn't taken the phone before she left.

Wednesday:
I've taken up rowing! The first time It was interesting and I was nervous because i didn't know nothing about it. Today, the coach told us about how to row. I didn't row so, tomorrow it is going to be my first exeperience.

Thursday:
It was my first session today! Was excited because at the first time I thought that I'll be knocked. The training was so hard! i hope that tomorrow it will be diferent.

Friday:
Today is the first day after my first session. My back and legs hurt a bit, but i doesn't matter because I'm feeling fitter. Well, i think rowing is a good acitvity to be fit. I liked it!

Discussion essay

It's clear that people need some different kinds of transport to move and there are a lot to choose. Some of them are for four or more persons, but others like electric bicycles and mopeds can only go on one or two.

Electric bicycles and mopeds are around the world. They provide energy while they are cirulating. As a result, this source of energy allows people to save money. Furthermore you can do exercise at the same time.

However, this source isn't perfect  because when you aren't circulating you don't generate energy.

To sum up, I think the use of electric bicycles and mopeds is a good idea because you can generate energy without thinking much. Becuase driving is a routine. On the other hand, it's a shame that energy can't be continued.

Formal letter

Dear Sir,

I am writing to complain about the last night concert. Last week i purchased the entrance from your website. The introduction of your website said that it will be a good pop concert but it wasn't.

When I arrived at the concert i sat in my chair. Ten minutes later, when the presenter finished presenting the singer, i fell to the ground. My chair broke. Then, the man who was catching the enters brought me another.

Secondly, when the singer was singing my favourtie song, the speakers turned off. It was absolutely disappointing!

As a result, this concert wasn't the best. i think the fairest they is to resturn my money back

I've got some great news! I passed the pet exam. One year ago I went with some of my friends to do some English classes for have the pet level.
When we all had the level, we went to Girona and we did the exam. Two weeks later I received an e-mail. This explained that I passed the exam. Have you got this level?

My other new is this. Three weeks later I started my first classes. I'm motivated because I think it's important to have a good level of English, because you need English to talk with the rest of the world.

I'd better go now. I must study.
